•    vehicle registration numbers, vehicle identifiers (VINs etc.) vehicle models
•    sales and service history of all vehicles sold and serviced by West End Motor Group Pty Limited

3. The main purpose that the Company holds this information is:-

•    to facilitate the sale of new Mazda motor vehicles
•    to facilitate the sale of used motor vehicles
•    to facilitate the servicing of new Mazda and used motor vehicles
•    to administrate warranties applicable to goods and/or services provided through the Company

4. Occasionally the Company contracts out services to third parties, which carry out work that cannot be performed by the Company at our premises. The type of personal information that may be given to these companies is:-

•    customer name, address, vehicle model and vehicle registration number
